Mr. Tadikamalla Nagendra Rao, A Chartered Accountant with more than 37 years of experience as a consultant, developer and project owner. During his association as a consultant on power projects, he has developed multidisciplinary skills across the entire spectrum of development of a variety of power projects with a sharp focus on hydro power. Recognizing the stupendous and untapped latent potential in power-sector, he narrowed down his focus on to the power-sector as a developer. He has been providing Consultancy and assistance to hydro-electric project developers in India. Building on the sound platform of expertise and experience gained, since 2005 he forayed into development of hydro-power projects (mainly in the State of Sikkim), which for the time being is now his main focus. Prior to this, was associated with Capital Fortunes Financial Services Ltd. and Pratibha Energy Ventures Pvt. Ltd as a consultant. He worked on a number of Gas based and thermal power projects in the past. Mr. ANANTH VYBHAV, Technical Director
Mr. Ananth Vybhav has over 15 years of experience, primarily in underground works, hydro- power projects and metro works. He is based in Singapore and advises various infrastructure companies on project management, tendering, contract management and design optimization. He started his career at SMEC Australia as part of their Asia team. He served as the Technical Director of DANS Group, which commissioned over 200 MW of hydropower projects during his tenure. Mr. Ananth holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from University of Melbourne and a B.E in Civil

Mrs.Sonal Somani Gupta is a Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years of experience in the field of finance.She has previously handled project finance, contract negotiations and overall commercial management, corporate finance, derivative sales and M &A research in institutions including ICICI bank,ANZ Investment Bank and HCL technologies

Mr. Pradeep Ellini is a BE Engineer with more than 17 years of experience in the fields of Civil, Infra and Power Transmission and distribution works. He was previously associated with reputable groups of companies like AECOM and LANCO. He has very vast experience in the area of Construction of Hydro power, Execution of Transmission line works and tunneling etc.
